The information in this book is great. The reason I downgraded the book to a three was simple - Mr. Irving either needs a much better editor or new software with auto spell correct. He also needs to go back and re-read the book to see all the spots where his grammar and sentence construction lack. I'm not an english major by any stretch of the imagination but reading this book and jumping past the errors bugged the heck out of me. It's obvious Mr. Irving knows his stuff. And he does a credible job or getting it out there. I learned from the book and he cleared up some issues I have had for a long time with mil-dot scopes by expanding my understanding and simplifying what had been a mystery to me. I thank him for that. I feel I can now safely consider purchasing a mil-dot scope at some point...and I'll be referring back to this book until I have this understanding ingrained and automatic.Product details

I don't have a kindle, don't want a kindle, but I'd like to read a print copy of this book. I bought the first one and suffered through all of the editing problems to get to the good information inside it. Now I'd like the volume 2 to complete the set.
Pretty good info, even though it has poor editing.
This is stealing the show, but the best buy around is a book called " Long Range Precision Rifle" by Anthony Cirincione ll. It's available for under $ 15.00 and it is informational and instructional. Buy it ... it will amaze you!
Good information. Written in understandable terms. I meet the writer he is quite and not a bragard. Down to earth and enjoys teaching.
A great shooting book for the advanced shooters. Lots of information. Could have been a little more images or graphs to explain certain things. Otherwise a awesome book.

This was a good follow-up to the first volume. The technical details were excellent, and some of the subject matter was more advanced than I expected. Very pleased. There were still editing issues but not nearly as bad as volume 1. This was a good addition to the collection of sniper books out there.
